A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable for this role. Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £12.71-£13.44 per hour depending on experience *plus accrued holiday pay

Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Zero hour contract - this gives you flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on the Nursery needs.

The Old Station Nursery Pershore is ideally situated just a short stroll from Pershore town centre and adjacent to Pershore train station on Station Road. Conveniently located only 2 minutes from the A44, our nursery offers parking right outside.

What Your Role Involves:

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
