No qualifications are required for this role - Previous experience working in a childcare setting would be beneficial. Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

About our Nursery: Our beautiful nursery in Wellesbourne offers a premium nursery experience with 3 additional enhancements: Forest School, Organic lifestyle, and Cookery. Our Wellesbourne nursery children love their days with us and set out on the next stage of their education equipped with the life-long skills gained from being in a Forest School and organic growing environment, as well as confidence around cookery and handling ingredients. Each room has its own dedicated outdoor space that the children have access to all day, every day.
What Your Role Involves: As a valued member of our team, you’ll:
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
