At The Grange, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to guide and support our team in providing outstanding care and education. In this rewarding leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor, nurture, and create a positive impact for children, families, and your colleagues.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £30,326 - £30,326 per annum, based on experience (40 hours per week).

Working Hours: Full time 38-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About our Nursery

Our day nursery is set in a two-storey period property in the coastal town of Ramsgate. The Grange Montessori Nursery provides a home‑from‑home environment where children thrive. Our Ofsted‑rated ‘Outstanding’ nursery offers children a rich, enabling environment where qualified nursery practitioners passionately nurture and develop their unique personalities and characters. Our bright and airy rooms have high ceilings, and our large, secure garden is suitable for all ages and weather conditions. Together, these create a spacious environment for children to engage in hands‑on learning and make creative choices, guided by our attentive Montessori teacher. The Grange Montessori Nursery is situated on West Cliff Road, a short stroll from Ramsgate town centre. The nursery has excellent transport links from the town centre and a bus stop right outside the front. Parking is available outside the nursery.
