Pay: £25,625 – £26,104 per Annum. based on experience (40 hours per week).
Working Hours: Full-time 39 hours, Monday to Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm

About our Nursery
The nursery in Rugby is a carefully planned, purpose-built nursery which offers a stimulating and engaging learning environment for our community\’s children. The nursery was opened at the end of 2021. The nursery is light and airy even on cloudy days and we are fortunate to have an allotment space for the children to develop a lifelong love and understanding of sustainable planting and growing. The Old Station Nursery Houlton is in close proximity to Houlton Play Park and the new Co-op, with easy access to the main Crick Road and a car park right next door.
What Your Role Involves
As a valued member of our team, you\’ll:
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children\’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
