  • To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) and possess strong management and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience in managing and inspiring teams within a childcare setting.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and drive a team towards excellence.

  • The nursery in Rugby is a carefully planned, purpose‑built nursery which offers a stimulating and engaging learning environment for our community\’s children. The nursery was opened at the end of 2021. The nursery is light and airy even on cloudy days and we are fortunate to have an allotment space for the children to develop a lifelong love and understanding of sustainable planting and growing. The Old Station Nursery Houlton is in close proximity to Houlton Play Park and the new Co‑op, with easy access to the main Crick Road and a car park right next door.
