At Wellingborough, we’re seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to guide our team and deliver exceptional care and education. To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an Early Years leadership role, ideally as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a comparable position. Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £35,000 per annum based on experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.

About our Nursery

Wellingborough nursery children are very much a part of the local community and we are lucky to have Croyland Park on the other side of our boundary fence, where we feed the ducks and use the play equipment. Our nursery is made up of 4 rooms - a 13 place baby room, 16 place toddler room and 2 preschool rooms which can hold up to 32 children. Each room has their own garden space too! Wellingborough Day Nursery is situated on Croyland Road next to Croyland Park. The nursery is within walking distance of the town and a five-minute drive from the A45. There is staff parking available.
