Where You'll Be Working: Wellingborough nursery children are very much a part of the local community and we are lucky to have Croyland Park on the other side of our boundary fence, where we feed the ducks and use the play equipment. Our nursery is made up of 4 rooms - a 13 place baby room, 16 place toddler room and 2 preschool rooms which can hold up to 32 children. Each room has their own garden space too! Wellingborough Day Nursery is situated on Croyland Road next to Croyland Park. The nursery is within walking distance of the town and a five-minute drive from the A45. There is staff parking available.

What You'll Be Doing: As part of our Bank Nursery Team, you’ll support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed - whether that’s covering holidays, supporting during busy periods, or helping provide consistency for children when teams need extra support. No two days are ever quite the same - and that’s part of the joy. One moment you could be building dens outdoors and the next you’ll be helping bring story time to life. You’ll support children through play, creativity, curiosity, and connection while helping create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy, valued, and confident to explore.

What We’re Looking For: Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting, a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. We’re looking for people with big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development.

Apply Today! Whether you’re looking for occasional shifts or a more regular flexible working pattern, we’d love to hear from you. If you have any questions about the role, our Recruitment Team will be happy to help at recruitment@tosn.co.uk.
