To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

About Our Nursery

At Marlow, we take great pride in our newly refurbished nursery, which has been meticulously designed and equipped to cater to the unique needs and developmental stages of each age group. Marlow comes with the enhancement of Forest School, Cookery and Organic food, all delivered in a Montessori inspired way that fosters strong connections between children and the world around them. We are thrilled to announce that our renovation project has been successfully completed in 2024. This comprehensive overhaul encompassed a complete redesign of the interior spaces and external spaces, an upgrade to our facilities, and an overall enhancement of the learning environment. We are located just off the A404 within the grounds of Foxes Piece School, close to the centre of Marlow. To access the car park, please ensure you type in C/o Foxes Piece School into your satnav.

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
