As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Nursery Manager to lead and inspire your team while maintaining excellence in your base room responsibilities.
Responsibilities

- Monitor and guide the team's implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging and nurturing learning opportunities.
- Take responsibility for the nursery in the Nursery Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations.
