Pay: £12.71 - £14.94 per hour depending on experience. Plus an additional 13.54% accrued holiday pay entitlement
Hours: Flexible zero hours contract. Whether you're looking for occasional shifts or more regular work, opportunities are available Monday–Friday between 8am–6pm depending on nursery needs.

Where You'll Be Working: The Old Station Nursery Henley is a recently refurbished, premium nursery offering three distinct learning enhancements for your child; these are a Forest School, Organic growing and food and child-friendly cooking classes. Located on Fair Mile Orchard Farm, the jewel in the crown at The Old Station Nursery Henley is the wonderful Forest School. Surrounded by fields and woodland areas we are lucky to have a Forest School area within our own garden as well as a wooded area at the top of the hill. The Old Station Nursery Henley is located on the edge of Henley-on-Thames.
What You'll Be Doing: As part of our Bank Nursery Team, you'll support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed – whether that's covering holidays, supporting during busy periods, or helping provide consistency for children when teams need extra support. No two days are ever quite the same – and that's part of the joy. One moment you could be building dens outdoors and the next you'll be helping bring story time to life. You'll support children through play, creativity, curiosity, and connection while helping create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy, valued, and confident to explore.
What We're Looking For: Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting, a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. We're looking for people with big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development.
