To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). We also note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £13.06 - £13.21 per hour + holiday pay per month

Working Hours: Term Time Only - 38 Hours over 4 days, Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm

About our Nursery

Bridgetown pre-school provides a spacious and welcoming environment enriched with natural resources for children to explore freely throughout the day. Our children enjoy the freedom to move between indoor and outdoor spaces including our on-site Forest School area, with a pond and campfire facilities. At Bridgetown Pre-School we get out and explore. From wildlife walks to going to meet the Stratford-Upon-Avon Fire Station and Police Department, we like to be busy and active in the community. We also hold yearly events, such as our sports day, fete and on occasion hold cake sales for local charities. Conveniently situated on Byron Road, within the grounds of Bridgetown Primary School and just a short stroll from the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Ample parking is available along the road outside the school.

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
