To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

With a capacity for up to 34 children daily, our smaller size ensures personalised attention and tailored learning experiences. At Harpole, we pride ourselves on our close‑knit community, where every child is cherished and supported by our dedicated team. Harpole Day Nursery is conveniently located in Harpole village, near junction 16 on the M1. Ample parking is available onsite.
What Being a Nursery Room Leader Involves
- Leading and mentoring the team to provide high‑quality early years education with passion and energy.
