Location: The Old Station Nursery, Faringdon, Oxfordshire is our flagship nursery, lovingly established by Chairwoman Sarah Steel in 2008. Housed in a beautifully preserved listed railway station, our nursery blends rich heritage with modern excellence to provide an exceptional environment for young learners. Our holistic approach to early education and care is reflected in the numerous accolades we’ve received, including Millie’s Mark, which underscores our dedication to high‑quality paediatric first aid and exceptional care.

What You’ll Be Doing: As part of our Bank Nursery Team, you’ll support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed - whether that’s covering holidays, supporting during busy periods, or helping provide consistency for children when teams need extra support. No two days are ever quite the same - and that’s part of the joy. One moment you could be building dens outdoors and the next you’ll be helping bring story time to life. You’ll support children through play, creativity, curiosity, and connection while helping create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy, valued, and confident to explore.

What We’re Looking For: Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting, a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. We’re looking for people with big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development.

Apply Today! Whether you’re looking for occasional shifts or a more regular flexible working pattern, we’d love to hear from you. If you have any questions about the role, our Recruitment Team will be happy to help at recruitment@tosn.co.uk.
