Join Our Team as a Bank Nursery Practitioner! Zero Hours - Flexible Contract
Are you passionate about creating brighter futures for children? At Faringdon, we’re looking for a Bank Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication, and let’s make a difference together!
Experience working in a childcare setting is required for this role. A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
Pay: £12.71- £13.44 per hour - depending on experience *plus accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Zero hour contract - flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on the nursery needs, between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Location: The Old Station Nursery, Faringdon, 7 Park Road, Faringdon, Oxfordshire, SN7 7BP.

What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
