To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

About our Nursery
Our Bromsgrove Nursery is newly refurbished inside and out. The nursery is made up of four individual spacious rooms, carefully designed for the children to become independent learners, with plentiful age-appropriate resources, inviting them to control their own learning and development. The nursery is situated on Ednall Lane, a one-way street accessible from Old Station Road, just a short drive from the A38. Parking is available outside.
What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
