Pay: £12.71 - £14.94 per hour depending on experience - plus an additional 13.54% accrued holiday pay entitlement
Hours: Flexible zero hours contract. Whether you're looking for occasional shifts or more regular work, opportunities are available Monday–Friday between 8am–6pm depending on nursery needs.

Where You'll Be Working: The Old Station Nursery Tressillian Road is set in a beautiful period property in the Victorian Suburb of Brockley. The nursery was fully refurbished in 2024 and offers five bright and spacious rooms divided by age group. All have been designed to focus on development through play and exploration, with first-class resources to support our children. Outside is a large outdoor space where children can play and explore activities, learning about sustainable growing practices and our environmental impact. Located on Tressillian Road within easy access from the A20 and near to Brockley and Lewisham Train Station. Parking is available outside for the team.
What You'll Be Doing: As part of our Bank Nursery Team, you'll support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed - whether that's covering holidays, supporting during busy periods, or helping provide consistency for children when teams need extra support. No two days are ever quite the same - and that's part of the joy. One moment you could be building dens outdoors and the next you'll be helping bring story time to life. You'll support children through play, creativity, curiosity, and connection while helping create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy, valued, and confident to explore.
What We're Looking For: Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting, a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. We're looking for people with big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development.
