No qualifications are required for this role - Previous experience working in a childcare setting would be beneficial. Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £12.71 - £12.71 per Hour based on experience.

About our Nursery

My First Friends Rubery nursery prides itself on its large spaces and stimulating environment and beautiful outdoor space. Rubery is situated on Park Way, on Great Park opposite Brewers Fayre and Nuffield Health. Entry to the nursery is off Ashbrook Drive and there is ample parking available.

What Your Role Involves

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
