About our Nursery
Our Northfield nursery is right in the heart of our community. Inside, the nursery has six rooms which are equally split into areas to accommodate babies, toddlers and pre-school. All the rooms have plenty of space to explore and investigate, as well as to promote children’s curiosity and their drive to learn new things. We are located in a quiet residential area of Northfield, just off the A38 and a short distance from Northfield Train Station, providing easy access for anyone commuting into Birmingham. Parking is available outside for convenience.
What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
