To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay up to £27,476 per annum based on experience (40 hours per week).

About Our Nursery: Our purpose-built nursery in Wombourne Village provides a safe and secure environment where children can explore exciting areas specifically designed just for them. With our main building accommodating most children and a cozy annex for our babies, our nursery features a fresh and modern design, offering plenty of room for children to express themselves creatively. We are located opposite the village green in Yew Tree Court, clearly sign posted from the one-way system around the village green. We have a carpark at the front of the nursery with on-street parking and non-chargeable carparks located within the village if required.
What Your Role Involves:
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
