To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £25,896 - £25,896 per Annum, based on experience (40 hours per week).

About Our Nursery
The Old Station Nursery Warwick, located within the grounds of Heathcote Primary School, offers a nurturing environment where children can truly flourish. We are conveniently located just off the A452 in Warwick, within the grounds of Heathcote Primary school on Vickers Way. Parking is available on site. We are based in one room and also offer a Before and Afterschool club based in a different room within Heathcote Primary School. We are a small, friendly team, working closely together dedicated in ensuring children’s time at Preschool is flourishing, offering unique opportunities.
What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
