About Our Nursery: Our nursery in Walsall is set in a converted house in a quiet residential area of Walsall. The nursery consists of five bright rooms divided by age group. All rooms are carefully planned and organised with age‑appropriate resources and furniture that encourage children to explore and make independent choices. We are located on Birchfield Way, just along from Yew Tree Primary School and opposite Walsall Golf Club. We are a short drive from the M6 and near to Bescot Stadium Train Station. Parking is available outside the nursery for convenience.
What Your Role Involves: As a valued member of our team, you’ll:
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
