About Our Nursery Our Wylde Green Day Nursery is nestled in the heart of Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. Our nursery exudes a warm, community spirit, focusing on teaching children valuable lessons about themselves and the world around them. Our spacious open plan nursery means you will be working with a mix of ages from 1-5. Wylde Green nursery is situated just off the A452 Chester Road and only a 3‑minute walk from Chester Road train station. The nursery has a small car park outside and ample parking on the adjoining roads. We are located directly opposite Wylde Green Primary School.
What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
