Join The Old Station Nursery Group as an Out of School Club Manager. You’ll help create a fun, nurturing environment for children in our Bridgetown pre‑school.
Base Pay & Bonus
- £500 WELCOME BONUS!
- Pay: £13.05 per hour plus holiday pay of £212.58 per month (equivalent to an annual salary of £21,395, based on full‑time 38 hours per week, term‑time only).
- Term‑time only: 38 hours over 4 days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with preschool support 9 a.m.–3 p.m.).
- Part‑time Club hours: 20 hours over 5 days from 8 a.m.–9 a.m. and 3 p.m.–6 p.m. (salary pro‑rata).

About Our Nursery
Bridgetown pre‑school offers a spacious, welcoming environment enriched with natural resources for children to explore. Outdoor spaces include a forest school area with a pond and campfire facilities. We organise wildlife walks, visits to the local fire station and police department, yearly sports day, fête, and cake sales for charities. Conveniently located on Byron Road within Bridgetown Primary School grounds.
What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
Eligibility
You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or higher and have previous experience working within a childcare setting. Sponsorship is not offered.
