The Old Station Nursery Group is hiring a Baby Room Leader at Stowmarket Day Nursery.
This role leads a dedicated team to deliver warm, high-quality care and education for babies, ensuring EYFS alignment and supportive parent communication.
You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to maintain outstanding service, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in daily practice.
This role is based in Stowmarket and requires Level 3 EY qualification or QTS plus Baby Room experience.
