Requirements

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• No sponsorship offered.

Pay & Working Hours

Pay: Up to £26,104 per annum (40 hours per week).
Working hours: Full‑time 39 hours, Monday to Friday between 7:30am‑6:00pm.
Location: The Old Station Nursery, Houlton, Dollman Farm, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 1AL.

What your role involves

• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment.
• Plan and deliver play‑based activities aligned with EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor development milestones.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and care standards.
• Support team, guide apprentices and volunteers.
