At Little Oaks, we’re seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to guide our team and deliver exceptional care and education. To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an Early Years leadership role, ideally as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a comparable position. Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: From £33,800 per annum, based on experience.
Working Hours: 38 to 40 hours per week, shifts either 5x days 7:30am‑6:00pm or 4x days 8:00am‑6:00pm.

About Our Nursery
Little Oaks Day Nursery in Malvern is one of the only purpose‑built nurseries in the local area, providing high‑quality childcare in a stimulating learning environment. The nursery is a proud owner of Millie’s Mark, which is awarded as a special endorsement to local childcare providers that go above and beyond minimum requirements by having 100% of staff trained in paediatric first aid. The nursery is situated next door to Whiteacres Medical Centre, just off the B4208 Townsend Way. The nursery is accessible via Sandy’s Road. There is ample parking available.
