We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Pershore. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication, and let’s make a difference together.

The Old Station Nursery Pershore, Coventry House, Station Road, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 2DB.

Hours & Salary
Full‑time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (over 4 or 5 days). Part‑time options available over 2 or 3 days. Salary up to £26,104 per annum based on experience (40 hours per week).

About Our Nursery
The Old Station Nursery Pershore offers a nurturing home‑from‑home environment with indoor and outdoor learning experiences that foster curiosity, discovery, and enjoyment. It is conveniently located close to Pershore town centre, the train station, and only 2 minutes from the A44, with parking outside the premises.

What Your Role Involves
Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care. Collaborate with apprentices and volunteers, learning from others while offering guidance.

Qualifications & Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Sponsorship is not available for this role.
