Pay: Up to £32,052 per Annum based on experience (40 hours per week).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.

• Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing all aspects of nursery operations, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Act as a role model, fostering an environment of initiative, creativity, and high standards of care.
• Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to promote collaboration and excellent outcomes for children.
• Monitor and guide the team’s implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging and nurturing learning opportunities.
• Take responsibility for the nursery in the Nursery Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional development within your team.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that respects the unique needs of every child.

There is ample off‑street parking for the team. Step inside and discover two spacious rooms meticulously designed to create a serene and inviting atmosphere.
