Where You'll Be Working: Our Dartington Nursery is situated in a quiet residential area and a short drive from the A38, with easy access from places like Ivybridge, Ashburton and Buckfastleigh. Parking is available outside the nursery for the team. We encourage outdoor learning whenever possible and aim to pass on a love of the outdoors, teaching them how to care for their world and environment. Children can experience planting, growing, harvesting, and food-to-plate so they know where their food comes from.

What You'll Be Doing: As part of our Bank Nursery Team, you'll support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed - whether that's covering holidays, supporting during busy periods, or helping provide consistency for children when teams need extra support. No two days are ever quite the same - and that's part of the joy. One moment you could be building dens outdoors and the next you'll be helping bring story time to life. You'll support children through play, creativity, curiosity, and connection while helping create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy, valued, and confident to explore.

What We're Looking For: Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting, a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. We're looking for people with big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development.

Apply Today! Whether you're looking for occasional shifts or a more regular flexible working pattern, we'd love to hear from you. If you have any questions about the role, our Recruitment Team will be happy to help at recruitment@tosn.co.uk.
