Pay: £12.71 per hour plus an additional 13.54% accrued holiday pay entitlement
Hours: Flexible zero hours contract. Opportunities are available Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm depending on nursery needs.

Our beautiful nursery is based in a three-story Victorian townhouse, set back from the road and opposite the beautiful York Racecourse. Buses run frequently in and out of the city, with a bus stop directly outside the nursery. We also have ample parent parking available on-site, with additional convenient parking options for staff located just a short distance from the nursery.
One of the most popular aspects of our nursery is our Forest School, located just 10 minutes away in a peaceful woodland environment, offering children the chance to explore and learn in a dedicated outdoor classroom surrounded by nature.
What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our Bank Nursery Team, you'll support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed - whether that's covering holidays, supporting during busy periods, or helping provide consistency for children when teams need extra support. No two days are ever quite the same - and that's part of the joy. You'll support children through play, creativity, curiosity, and connection while helping create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy, valued, and confident to explore.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting, a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. We're looking for people with big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development.
