We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at My First Friends Rubery nursery located at Ashbrook Drive, Rednal, Rubery, Birmingham, West Midlands, B45 9FP.

- Working Hours: Full‑time 41.25 hours per week (8.25 hours per day with 45‑minute lunch, Monday‑Friday).

Responsibilities
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.

Qualifications
You must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). No sponsorship is available for this role.
