To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £27,393.60 - £27,955.20 per annum based on experience (40 hours per week).

About Our Nursery: The Old Station Nursery Alcester is very much a part of the local community. We are based alongside the River Arrow and are within walking distance of the local high street, town museum and shops. The nursery is made up of three large rooms, all of which have been carefully organised to provide age-appropriate resources and equipment. The nursery is located on Kinwarton Road, a short walk from Alcester town centre and only a 5-minute drive from the A46 and A435 junction. We have onsite parking available.
What Your Role Involves:
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
