The Old Station Nursery in Barnt Green is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to guide and support our team in delivering outstanding care and early years education. You will lead, mentor and model best practice, oversee EYFS delivery, and step in for the Nursery Manager when needed, ensuring a warm, safe, and stimulating environment.
A Level 3 Early Years qualification or QTS is required. The role is 38 hours per week over four longer days (Thursdays off), based at 42 Sandhills Road, Barnt Green.
