About our Nursery
Nestled in a converted house, Barnt Green nursery offers a cosy, home-like atmosphere. With five light and spacious rooms and access to three outdoor spaces, children have ample room to learn and develop. Our intimate size sets us apart and creates our unique ethos. Each member of our nursery team knows every child and family by name, creating a warm, welcoming environment akin to a second family. Barnt Green is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Birmingham city centre and a short 5-minute walk from Barnt Green train station. There is ample parking across the road for your convenience.
What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
