The Old School Surgery is a rural surgery situated in Stoney Stanton (LE1) with a patient list of 7,500 patients which consists of 5GPs, an ANP, a nursing team along with a strong administrative team.
We are seeking a dedicated organised and motivated secretary to join our friendly team.
This position is available on a full time basis or as a job-share opportunity.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to our GPs and wider practice team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy GP surgery.
This is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a supportive team and make a positive difference to our patients and local community., The main duties of the role will be to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the GPs and practice team at The Old School Surgery.
Responsibilities will include processing referrals, managing incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining accurate patient records and handling confidential information in accordance with practice policies.
The successful candidate must be organised, reliable, approachable and professional, with good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
