The Role
- Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen team, ensuring consistently high-quality food is delivered while maintaining excellent standards, organisation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes
- Supervise and develop junior chefs
- Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
- Assist with stock control, ordering and waste management
- Help manage food costs and GP
- Maintain a clean, organised kitchen
About You
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills
- Calm under pressure
- Food Safety qualification desirable
