Our venue might be known for it's famous pudding but we also strive to the very best at what we do in our Café restaurant. We need a strong kitchen leader who can keep standards high while bringing positivity, creativity, and organisation to every service.
What Youll Be Doing
Leading and motivating a small kitchen team.
Overseeing daily kitchen operations and service.
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
Managing stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets.
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Training and developing junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Working closely with management to help drive the business forward.
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high volume kitchen.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Calm under pressure with excellent organisational ability.
Passion for fresh food and consistent quality.
A hands on approach and positive attitude.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
