The Old Motor House, Rothbury is not your normal garage. Situated in the heart of Rothbury since 1913, we specialise in all aspects of vehicle repairs and improvements. From servicing and repairing classic cars to your modern-day vehicles, including full engine and gearbox rebuilds, electrical and fabrication / restoration.
Are you a enthusiastic and motivated individual, who can perform well as a team or working alone? We are looking for an individual who can carry out inspections, repairs and maintenace to various vehicles from Vauxhall Corsa's to Rolls Royce.
* Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles to a high standard * Diagnosing and rectifying all types of faults * Ensuring all vehicles worked upon are handled carefully and that the relevant precautions are taken whilst on the premises * Welding experience preferred but not essential * Must hold a Full UK driving license * Must be able to think out of the box * Wage negotiable depending upon experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: From £18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Experience: * Mechanic experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification: * City & Guilds Automotive (preferred) * driving license (preferred)
