We’re hiring: Chefs de Partie at The Old Fort, Seaview
We’re continuing to grow the kitchen team at The Old Fort and are currently looking for talented, ambitious Chefs de Partie to join us on a permanent, year-round basis.
The Old Fort is a busy, multi-award-winning waterfront pub and restaurant in Seaview on the Isle of Wight, with an established team, a loyal customer base and some very exciting plans for the business over the next 12 months and beyond.
Unlike many hospitality businesses on the Island, we trade throughout the year and offer genuine long-term employment rather than purely seasonal roles.
We’re looking for chefs who take pride in what they do, enjoy working as part of a strong team and want to develop their careers within a growing business.
Our immediate priority is to recruit experienced or developing Chefs de Partie who are:
- Confident working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Passionate about fresh ingredients and consistently good food
- Organised, dependable and calm under pressure
- Positive, hardworking team players
- Keen to learn, progress and take on greater responsibility over time
