Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC with on target earnings £15–£16 per hour including TRONC for strong performers.
You should have 3-4 years’ experience or progression in a service setting, intermediate knife skills, and ability to work at least two sections while following recipes. We offer training, Employee Assistance, EarlyPay, and staff discounts.
