About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join our award winning Food & Beverage team in the Road Hole Bar. The Road Hole Bar has whisky enthusiasts flock from around the world to sample some of the three hundred whiskies we stock from all over Scotland. The bar also has an excellent selection of cocktails, champagnes and wines for our guests to enjoy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Take and deliver accurate orders while ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a positive way.
- You’ll maintain the highest standards of service; restaurant setup and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us memorable in every way.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual.
- Keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation.
