The OC Kitchen has a rare opening for a Senior Chef De Partie to join their talented Kitchen crew. If you're someone who loves great ingredients, thrives on the rhythm of a busy kitchen, and believes a well-run section is one of life's joys, then this is the perfect position for you.

Start date: ASAP. Fixed term until October 2026

Pay: £13.75 per hour plus a share of tronc

Hours: Up to 48 hours per week, with a minimum of 35 hours guaranteed. (Up to 5 days with 2 consecutive days off and an avoidance of split shifts), to include evenings and weekends.

What you'll do:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to consistently high standards
  • Keeping a well-organised, clean and stocked section throughout service
  • Provide support to the Head Chef and Senior Sous with menu planning and development
  • Mentoring and helping to develop the Junior team, providing support and guidance for the future Kitchen superstars
