  • Salary: "12.71 base + service charge (up to £18 per hour, or higher depending on the position)"

What you'llbe doing as a BOH Team Member

  • Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to company standards.
  • Carry out the core duties of your assigned kitchen role, whether as Commis Chef, CDP, Senior CDP, Junior Sous, Sous, Senior Sous, or Head Chef.
  • Support smooth operational flow by assisting the team during service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within your designated section.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure consistency across every dish.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
