The Old Buttermarket in Canterbury is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead a team, train chefs and manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
You will master the branded menu, oversee food preparation, ordering and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are consistently met.
