Duties
- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant or hotel, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in food preparation and culinary tasks.

- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies for food preparation.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimise service during peak times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of effective team management and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
