Oily Cart seeks an Interim Artistic Director to provide maternity cover, delivering our artistic programme and leading on SideWays Play and future plans. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Director / Co-CEO and chair a high-calibre team to maintain artistic quality and reach.
You will champion inclusion, nurture partnerships, and guide strategic development while ensuring robust delivery of touring and development projects in line with the company’s values.
