We are hiring a Graduate Data Management Analyst to join OMJ, a financial markets technology company working across energy, commodities, and foreign exchange markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent or upcoming graduate with an interest in data, technology, and real-world commercial systems, looking to build a career in financial and energy markets.

The Role:

Working in the OMJ Global Energy Markets team, you will be responsible for managing energy market news on a daily basis ensuring that our clients are fully informed as to what is moving oil prices throughout the trading day. Key tasks include:

  • Monitoring global energy markets news in real time and ensuring clients are fully informed of key developments
  • Ensuring relevant news is distributed to client sectors
  • Management and development of company publications
  • News and data visualisation
  • Market analysis and creating news content

The successful applicant should have:

  • 2:1 degree or above in business, finance, journalism, English, economics, PPE, history or a related discipline OR graduating Summer 2026
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team structure
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a commercial environment
  • Excellent numeracy and IT literacy
  • High self-motivation and the ability to organise and manage your time
  • An interest in financial markets

The job role is based at the OMJ modern data and market centre at 1A Blackstick Road, Killyhevlin, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week – office hours are typically 8:30am to 5:00pm.
