Job Description

Contributes in the planning, design, development and implementation of integrated technology solutions that support and enhance the cloud platform infrastructure for the Wexner Medical Center. Responsible for the engineering, build, configuration, integration, performance optimization, and end-to-end testing of cloud platforms to ensure stability, reliability and acceptable performance. Plans and develops the detailed engineering, design and implementation of the Wexner Medical Center’s cloud infrastructure configuration. Plans and validates upgrades of cloud infrastructure and support systems in accordance with ITIL best practices. Responsible for cloud infrastructure build projects that range from medium to large in scope, risk and impact. Contributes to strategic projects by evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures and / or workflows needs associated with cloud infrastructure for the Wexner Medical Center. Researches current and developing technologies to provide technical guidance pertaining to the capabilities, limitations and requirements of the cloud infrastructure platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Active Directory experience. The ability to demonstrate knowledge of information security best practices.Knowledge of risk management in information security auditing.Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory or other LDAP products.Proficiency in writing and understanding SQL. Proficiency in writing and understanding PowerShell.
