The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek an academic cardiovascular imaging physician to join the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, Advanced Imaging Section as the Program Director for Cardiac CT. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience.

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Cardiovascular Medicine Imaging physician/physician scientist to join an elite team of academic physicians at the assistant, associate, or full professor rank. The successful candidate will focus on expanding both coronary and structural imaging to support a robust inpatient and outpatient imaging services in a world-class facility at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

The Ohio State University Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is setting new standards for advanced heart and vascular care through our internationally and nationally recognized experts of more than 60 cardiology and vascular medicine specialists. We offer heart and vascular patients some of the most exciting and innovative technologies, treatments, and clinical trials, many of which are only available at Ohio State. The majority of our faculty are principal investigators on a variety of research projects in both the basic, translational, and clinical research settings.

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible/Certified
  • Successful completion of a US accredited cardiology fellowship
  • Eligible for an Ohio License
  • Clinical or Translational Research experience preferred
  • Qualify for an academic appointment at The Ohio State University – Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, comprised of over 60 cardiologists with focus areas to include: general cardiology, interventional, electrophysiology, adult congenital heart disease, heart failure, heart transplantation, mechanical circulatory assist, pulmonary vascular disease.
