Octavian is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a proven leader, ideally from a Police or Armed Forces background, who can bring discipline, operational expertise, and passion for excellence to our security divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage security operations across multiple sites and contracts
  • Support, mentor, and develop security teams to deliver a first-class service
  • Ensure full compliance with UK security industry standards and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
  • Oversee incident response, investigations, and accurate reporting
  • Recruit, train, and guide security personnel to success
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Ex-Police or Ex-Military background (essential)
  • 5 to 10 years of operational security management experience
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of UK security regulations
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to the highest standards

Licence/Certification

  • SIA Licence (required)
  • Driving Licence (required)

Salary Range: Β£25,500 – Β£40,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Location: Bingham
